When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your credentials.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.
ThalosForge may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial subscription for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThalosForge Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ThalosForge Inc.
You retain all rights to any data, algorithms, objective functions, or other intellectual property you submit to the Service. ThalosForge does not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant ThalosForge a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your data to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than delivering the optimization results you request.

In no event shall ThalosForge Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
ThalosForge does not warrant that the Service will produce optimal solutions for all problems, that results will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
